You said you didn't love me as much but you didn't want me to know
And then that Saturday you let me go
You told me you wanted to see another man
So I let you continue this plan
I cried for three nights
I broke out and got into fights
So I pray mi dios to send me into the world of the light
For now that I live in a world so blue
I swear to Jesus I'll always love you
So now mi amor I set you free
I won't go and chase you
I'll let you be
And if you never come back to me again
You'll always have my friendship till the end
So as I sit alone and cry
I see your star in the midnight sky
And vow that my love for you
Will never die
